Bio
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH), Lithuania, with research interests in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and human-centred computing. My work focuses on developing intelligent and inclusive technologies, particularly in healthcare, education, and data-driven decision support systems. As Accessibility Co-Chair for AfriCHI 2027, I am committed to promoting accessibility, diversity, and inclusive participation across the African HCI community. I look forward to working with colleagues and participants to ensure that the conference provides an engaging and welcoming experience for people of diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives. Through this role, I hope to contribute to building a stronger, more connected, and accessible computing community across Africa and beyond.
